What does it mean to be mindful? What does it look like in daily life? We can explore the philosophy, the theory, the teaching curriculum and the increasingly compelling pychological and neuroscientific research on mindfulness. The key focus however is experiential, learning from doing and feeling: walking, breathing, meditation, gentle Hatha Yoga, QiGong. Whatever works for you.
