DAY RETREATS AT THE FARM

Come and try a Day Retreat at our farm, nestled between Mansfield and Chesterfield. We are just a 10 minute drive into the country from M1 Junction 29 and really well-placed for anyone in and around the Midlands and North:


  • Nottingham (45 minutes)

  • Derby (45 minutes)
  • Leeds (1 hour)
  • Leicester (1 hr 10 minutes)
  • Birmingham (1 hour 30 minutes)


Our Retreat Days are about giving you space to reconnect with yourself. We'll guide you through meditations and different approaches like mindful walking. Teaching around key principles in psychology, neuroscience and philosophy are woven in through the day. Our Day Retreats will help you to:


  • Understand why our busy head works the way it does (and what you can do about it)
  • Develop practical skills and insights to reduce and cope better with stress, anxiety and worry in your life
  • Deal in different ways with all the sh*t life throws at you!


Our Day Retreats are suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners and run from 10am to 4pm. Refreshments are provided.

Come and join us for a day (or two!) of mindfulness at the farm...

Open to absolute beginners through to experienced practitioners, there is something here for everyone. Drop me a message and get yourself booked in! The standard cost is £115 per day (reduced to £86 / 25% off for Newsletter subscribers) and this includes some nuggets of teaching throughout the day (covering psychology, philosophy and neuroscience) in addition to loads of guided meditation and QiGong, plus space for mindful walking (bring your boots!) and yoga (we have mats!). 10am to 4pm with lunch and refreshments provided througout the day.

We offer a relaxed and informal atmosphere where you can rub shoulders with (and  maybe get life advice) from our chickens, horses, goats and sheep...
