Mindfulness & Wellbeing Classes in the luxury and splendour of Holme Pierrepont Hall: the gardens in the summer, the Hall in the winter. Creating an inspiring space for calm, for peace but also for learning. Learning how to relate differently to the challenges, stresses, ambitions in life, enabling us to fully experience and connect with all the little moments of joy in our everyday lives. We do this through a combination of mindfulness teaching and mixed mindfulness practices encompassing guided meditation, QiGong, hatha yoga and walking, delivering a rounded programme of skills and learnings for wellbeing, finding out what works for you. Flexible classes of 1 hour, with various and flexible slots.
