From our Outdoor Wellbeing Hub in a private corner of the beautiful and nourishing surroundings of Holme Pierrepont Hall I offer a space for regular self-care, using a mix of mindfulness practices and teaching informed by the evidence-based 8 Week Mindfulness Courses (MBCT and MBSR).
My clients often describe themselves feeling at times overwhelmed by the stresses of everyday life at home and at work. Mindfulness is an approach that speaks to this and builds resilience by encouraging a focus on self-awarness, self-compassion and an acceptance / letting go of what we cannot influence or control. In my sessions we cover mindfulness practices, theory and techniques for relating to these stresses in different, better ways, helping you feel better equipped for the challenging times in your life.
